❌ Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

If your order has not been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already entered production or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may still request a return under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

You are eligible for a refund under these conditions:

✅ Your order is canceled within 12 hours
✅ You return items that meet our return policy
✅ Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (photo evidence required)

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of the approval status

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

⚠️ Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
