📢 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content on our site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice with the following details:

✍️ A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or an authorized agent).

📄 A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.

🔗 The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.

📬 Your full contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, email).

🤝 A good faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

🧾 A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

🔄 Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice. Your counter-notice should include:

✍️ Your physical or electronic signature.

🧭 Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.

🧾 A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error.

📬 Your contact information (full name, mailing address, phone number, email).

⚖️ A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA complaint.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the original claimant files a lawsuit within 10–14 business days.

🚫 Repeat Infringers

In line with the DMCA, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe on copyrights, where appropriate.
