⚠️ Personalized items (e.g., embroidered names or initials) cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

Ship the item back within 7 days after receiving instructions.

🚚 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

💳 If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
